The Indian In Me: Life's "Interrelatedness"

The universally mentioned Lakota phrase, Mitakuye Oyasin, translated to say "We Are All Related," or "All Are Related," emphasizes the interconnected nature of people and beyond. (Sufficient interest has merited the concept its own Wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitakuye_Oyasin and several sites.)

Tell us about your "interrelatedness" story. It can be about your connection to Native peoples, the way your spirituality, religion, philosophy or science views connections between people, places, etc., or an experience you've had that emphasizes this idea.
